A personalized, supportive approach to help you navigate your recovery journey with guidance, accountability, and ongoing support. 1. Personalized One-on-One Coaching Sessions: One hourly session per week, tailored to your needs. Format: Available in person, online, or by phone, with an additional phone check-in during the week. Focus: Discuss progress, challenges, and goals while developing strategies for sobriety and overall well-being. 2. Continuous Support Availability: Phone and text support as needed. Crisis Management: Immediate guidance during difficult moments or cravings. Encouragement: Regular check-ins to keep you motivated and on track. 3. Goal Setting & Accountability Personalized Goals: Work together to create and refine recovery and life goals. Progress Tracking: Regularly review and adjust goals based on progress. 4. Resource Connection Referrals: Access to support groups, therapy, and community services. Skill Building: Learn coping strategies, stress management techniques, and tools for long-term recovery. 5. Empowerment & Motivation Celebrating Success: Recognizing milestones in your recovery journey. Building Resilience: Strengthening confidence and tools to navigate life’s challenges while maintaining sobriety. A sliding scale and payment plans are available for individuals facing financial hardship. Additional Services Family Consultation Sessions – Guidance and support for loved ones navigating the recovery journey.
